Chimichurri
4tbsp olive oil
100g parsley
Two small red chilis
4 Cloves garlic
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
Chimichurri is a sauce made with finely chopped parsley, chilli, garlic, oil and vinegar that pairs well with steak. It originates from Argentina and has a fresh taste with a hint of spice.
