If you’re going traditional then you’ll want to serve with roast potatoes and all the best trimmings including , Sage and Onion Stuffing, Pigs and Blankets, Brussel Sprouts and honey roasted carrots and parsnips.
We recommend cooking your turkey until it reaches an internal temperature of 75C using a meat thermometer.
Boxing Day is always best enjoyed with the leftovers from Christmas. Leftover bacon wrapped turkey breast makes the ultimate boxing day sandwich. Add a little cranberry sauce and some cheese and toast for the perfect boxing day toastie or enjoy cold with a subtle mustard mayonnaise sauce.
