Perfect for the BRAAI (that’s BBQ for us here in the UK), Boerewors is incredibly versatile. You can grill it, fry it, or throw it on the BBQ for that smoky flavour. It’s also delicious served in a roll, topped with fried onions, ketchup, and mustard—simple and satisfying!
Top tip: Don’t pierce the sausage before or during cooking. Cook it slowly over a low to medium heat to keep it juicy and full of flavour.
