We have a few different options when it comes to legs of lamb. This includes a large leg of lamb which is 2-2.5kg, an extra large leg of lamb which is 2.5-3kg, and a half leg of lamb.

You can buy lamb online right here from the village butchers and have it delivered straight to your door!

Lamb should be cooked to a minimum internal temperature of at least 62.8℃. You can do this by measuring with a thermometer before removing the meat from the heat source.

Lamb should be stored in the fridge at 4℃ and should be used within 1-2 days.

Left-over cooked lamb should be cooled down completely before placing into a container and storing in the fridge for up to 2 days.
