It depends on your preference; beef ribs are typically more flavourful than pork ribs due to the extra fat they have. That doesn’t mean that pork is lacking in flavour or fattiness, especially if they’re cut from the sternum. So, they are pretty even really it all comes down to which one you and your guests prefer.
